ENGINEERING and AUTOMOTIVE will merge into the new AUTOMOTIVE

At our location in Mönchengladbach the founding company - capricorn ENGINEERING GmbH and capricorn AUTOMOTIVE GmbH will merge into the new capricorn AUTOMOTIVE GmbH; this step will scale the structures of our company significantly. This organisational change will improve our responsiveness and besides the numerous well known synergy effects, will enable us to respond more efficiently in the future. capricorn’s racing division will firstly be an unchanged part of the structure and in the medium term will be extended.
